I'm from Rice Toner is a two-phase toner that nourishes, hydrates, and softens the skin while preventing dehydration. It evens skin tone and texture, leaving the skin velvety smooth.

The toner helps brighten pigmentation, restore radiance, and reinforce the hydrolipid barrier, protecting against environmental stressors.

The formula has two layers: a light base and a nourishing emulsion. Shake well before use to mix both phases. The toner absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue while delivering hydration and nourishment.

Key ingredient

How to use
