Refund policy

At SKINSLI we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange or return an item, we're here to help.


• All requests for exchange or return must be submitted within 60 days from the date the parcel is received. Contact us via email.
• After contacting us, you will receive an address for returning items.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused, unmarked and not disfigured).
• We are not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.
• We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.
• After received your parcel, we will be refunded to your payment account back and it might take up to 15 business days.


Order Adjustments & Cancellations
• In rare cases, some items in your order may be unavailable due to being sold out or discontinued by the manufacturer.
• If the value of unavailable items is more than 50% of your order total, your order may be fully canceled and full refunded.
• If the value of unavailable items is less than 50%, your order will still be shipped and you will receive a refund for the missing items.
• You may request a full refund within 3 days of placing your order. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
• Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation or refund requests can no longer be accepted.
