The Saem is really good at base makeup..
I was searching hard to find a BB cream to mix with my favorite Hera Glow Foundation #23, and I ended up choosing this one; I honestly love it. The shade is darker than I expected (it feels like one shade lighter than the foundation shade, rather than the typical grayish tint of BB creams. In the swatch photo, the top is Hera Glow #23 and the bottom is The Saem BB #21!), but since I bought it based on reviews saying it was dark, it was fine for me. It's the best because it covers pores well and
My mom and I are using the same product, and we are both satisfied with it.
The color seems to be exactly shade 22-23, so if you want a brighter shade, I think you should buy No. 1! It doesn't set super fast, but I think it's just right!! However, it has a slightly yellowish tint... I think it would be good for warm-toned people. I mix it with a makeup base, and it's better than I expected.

A review of what I bought with my own money
I honestly haven't settled on a single base makeup product, but while browsing Instagram, I saw a recommendation for The Saem BB Cream. The price looked decent, so I thought I'd give it a try and bought it. Haha. Anyway, I don't have a refill for the cushion I usually use (I have to buy the full-size product). It arrived yesterday, and I applied it this morning—oh?!!!! What is this? It's soft, and just like the description says, it feels like I applied a primer... it's silky and stuff!!! I didn'
It smells like sunscreen.
Personally, I don't think my skin is on the lighter side, and I sometimes use shade 21 for foundations, but the cream shade matched my skin tone perfectly. I plan to repurchase it.
It's shade #23, but it's slightly reddish.. True to The Saem's reputation as a base makeup expert, the texture is amazing... but the color is a miss.. It's on the thinner side and slightly bouncy, so it wasn't too matte!!!
Good value for money
I bought this to mix with other products because my skin is tanned. If you powder it well, the finish is decent. It applies well and doesn't have much of a grayish tint. Surprisingly, the skin tone looks pretty good even when applied alone. My skin is sensitive, but I haven't experienced any breakouts. Of course, it transfers onto masks. It's good value for the price. I recommend it for mixing with other products.

Zero coverage Transfers onto the mask tremendously Use it as a makeup base If you plan to apply cushion or foundation over it It should be okay~!
