I bought it because the eyeliner was cut off and even though I'm a little bit less powerful than the one I used before it's still a bit awkward.

And you're usually filling the iceline with only the periphery and when you open your eyes the eyebrows are slightly drying inside so most of the iliners are spreading and you start to ask them slightly different questions because they're water and they don't work anymore.
