My usual toner got too rough, so since I've been using the Carrot Cream, I ordered this toner from the same line. It doesn't cause breakouts and absorbs completely, which is great.
This is the Skinfood Carrot Carotene Soothing Toner, a hydrating and soothing toner I chose to calm my skin in this cold weather. It contains beta-carotene derived from carrot seed oil, which helps to make rough skin moist and smooth. It doesn't sting the skin and has a watery consistency, making it great to apply frequently after cleansing! The capacity is 300ml, so I think it will last a long time. This is seriously my holy grail product. My skin type is dry and sensitive. It feels like this product takes care of moisture deep within the skin while also providing just a tiny bit of hydration on the surface. When I apply it in layers to help with absorption, it makes my skin feel incredibly moisturized, which I love!!

I heard these pads are famous. I apply this right after washing my face, and on dry days, I also use a different toner! (It's not as moisturizing as I expected.) You can feel your skin becoming smooth immediately after applying it! The moisturizing effect is weak, so I think you need to reapply it 2 or 3 times! Or use it with another moisturizing toner or ampoule! The scent might be a bit hit or miss for some... It has a unique scent, like herbal medicine or charcoal! Personally, I like the scen

Honestly, I have absolutely no idea if wipe-off toners are actually good for the skin... haha. And you have to buy cotton pads too, lol.
