It doesn't have as much moisturizing power as I expected.
I bought this because the product I used to use was expensive to repurchase, but... the moisturizing power is disappointing. Even after applying it multiple times, it wasn't as hydrating as I expected.

The price difference isn't that big, so I regret not buying the original product... If anyone is planning to order this, please keep in mind that the shelf life is short.
My lips are sensitive and I tend to get cheilitis frequently, so I can't use just any lip balm... but this is a truly gentle product that was the most effective for calming dry, flaky lips!!!!
