A two-part perm solution from PL COSMETIC featuring honey, supplied as Part 1 and Part 2 at 300ml each, for chemically perming hair.
How to Use: Leave-on chemical process. Apply Part 1 to sectioned hair per the perm setup, process, rinse, then apply Part 2 as the neutralizing step per product directions, then rinse thoroughly.
