Shipping's not good.
They just put it in a big box and they were blown by the ship and the contents of it were leaking running down the floor and they shipped it.
The shampoos from the service are all blown up.
It's crazy it's got all the little shampoo lids and it's not packed properly and the originals are open anyway so we can send them back without a seal.
