It's oily but if you apply it lightly it's always hard to get rid of it.
It is a true water-based type that is oily but when applied lightly it is always hard to pull. I tried to use the recommendation system for the number of brands on the market but I was not satisfied. The Hera Hydro Dew series which I used by chance through curl and sale was the best of the sub-branch cosmetics I have ever usedand all four seasons were good. This is the best app I've ever had but I can't wait to see if I have any problems with this app.
