I go for a run every weekend, and if I really forget to apply sunscreen, my arms turn pitch black... It gets too hot to wear long sleeves, so I usually wear a short-sleeved shirt with arm sleeves. However, since arm sleeves alone don't provide enough UV protection, my arms just end up getting really tanned. I get incredibly tanned even when there is no sun. Anyway, I used to use a sun stick.
