I used to only use that black Houttuynia cordata soap, but I bought this out of curiosity. Since I'm using it with a foaming net, the lather comes out amazing. The cleansing power doesn't seem to leave my skin squeaky clean. It seems just average. I think those with very dry skin could use this. Anyway, I'll keep using it. The Houttuynia cordata scent isn't very strong. As a tip, Houttuynia cordata cleansing is great for the face.

I generally disliked regular facial soaps because they have a strong scent. I like that this product doesn't have a strong scent. I have oily skin, but it removes excess oil well, and the moisturizing effect is also good. Caution: If it gets into your eyes while washing, it stings more than other soaps.
