This is the product that suits me best out of all the toners I have used so far. It provides perfect hydration in both summer and winter. I don't wear makeup and my job requires me to be out and about, so I am constantly exposed to fine dust and exhaust fumes. When I get home, I always double cleanse. That usually leaves my skin feeling a bit stiff, but this one toner provides intense hydration. I am very satisfied.

I was disappointed because it lacked moisture considering how much it emphasized hydration. It was fine for light use, though.
