Shampoo + Nourishing oil care conditioner.
The shampoo is honestly relatively normal except for the aroma and the conditioner is strong. It is good to apply it to your hair differently than other conditioners and it is good to rinse it with water so it is good to find a light feeling. The scent is long lasting. I've been using shampoo since I bought the soap and I've been using it since I came with the sample but it's not bad.
