It's calming.
I've bought it lately because of the sun but it's a little bit of heat and a little bit of rest and it's very soothing!
I recommend it when you're sensitive.
And when you sleep in the evening with a lot of bloated sure you're calm in the morning you take it in alternately with the blue water amps and I recommend it.

I bought it in the office that day with my skin condition to make it into a little more trinkets but it's so color-like and personally Alulonic is nice and kind of ambient?
And the price is good and the capacity is good!
