I recommend blue dye and shampoo.
If you don't dye it you're not uncomfortable with the white highway but I did it with blue-skin shampoos which are easy and effective.
I think it's good to use it like a shampoo.
It's good to use it like a shampoo and it's not really good to have many times to work but it's good to have a short waiting time rather than plain dye and it just looks like you're using your hair more every day.

I've used it over the years and I've used it over and over again and I use it like a burly-stymuff but instead of a burri-sty-smip I use it like a shampoo and I use it as a dye once or twice a month so if you wash it in the dry hair you can see that it's dyed exactly as good as 20 minutes.
