I stumbled upon this product through a YouTuber's recommendation and have been using it for 4-5 years now. I always have to use a toner to clear up the whiteheads in my butterfly zone, but toner pads were a bit too irritating for me. However, the Benton toner is hypoallergenic and provides ample hydration, so I finish my skincare routine with just this in the summer. It leaked from the lid. Why is there no protective film on this product? Other skin toners and creams all have one, but this one didn't, so the toner leaked out completely. I'm starting to wonder if this is a genuine product. I didn't return it because I needed it right away, but Please pay attention to the packaging. Just the container sitting there all alone, without even any bubble wrap. It came back in a Coupang plastic bag.

The product itself is good, but how on earth was it shipped that the lid, which even had a sticker on it, was shattered and neatly piled up in one corner of the box? I even suspect that they gathered the already broken lids next to it before packaging. I don't have time to return it, so I'm just using it, but it feels unsettling. Next time, please inspect the items properly and use cushioning packaging before sending.
