We used it often but we use oil every day and it's not very stimulating but since we've been doing great on oil-rolling the blood distribution feels clean and less likely to occur so we remove the cream.

It's great because you can clean it up in a smooth way and when you take a little bit of water from the massage and then roll it back it's white and clean and it's quite satisfying.
