It's a lotion that fits dry partially atopic babies and keeps on using it. The Panthenol lotion is as viscous as the M. L. cream so it moisturizes as a lotion. It's a shame there's not a single sample but the lotion is great

It's dry in autumn and winter and I'm using panthenol. The first time you apply it it will turn white but if you apply it a little bit it will absorb well and moisturize. My child's atopy has improved a lot.
