미백 is a tested, registered claim about melanin: interrupting its production or dispersing what has already settled into a spot. It is not skin bleaching and it does not change your natural tone. Korean labels often print it beside 주름개선, the wrinkle-improvement designation, which is why so many titles here read as a list of functions. Vitamin C is the most common active on the page. Sandawha runs three products on it including two pad formats, Dr. VITA Vitamin Whitening Skin Toner C comes in a 250ml bottle, and thinkco pairs it with NMF humectants. The Face Shop Whiteseed, at 145ml and 160ml, is the long-running mainstream pick. These are the gentlest bottles on the page.

Sandawha sells a Vitamin C Whitening Toner Pad at 130ml and a Vitamin Seed pad in a 60-sheet tub, and Dr. Bio's Green Rice Biom pad also holds 60 sheets. Pads give a fixed dose and a light wipe of physical exfoliation, which suits congested skin, and they travel better than a bottle. They cost more per use and you cannot pat the excess into your neck. Choose on habit rather than on the formula, since the actives are the same.

A few records here are men's aftershave lotions rather than toners: Anna Holtz's All-in-One Skin Toner Lotion at 300ml and 1000ml, and marie claire's large-capacity 150ml two-pack. They carry the whitening designation and the word toner in a stacked keyword title, but they are single-step post-shave products with a lotion texture. Straight after cleansing, on damp skin, pressed in with the palms rather than wiped with cotton unless you are using a pad. DOORI COSMETICS makes a wiping toner, which is the exception. A toner is a low-concentration layer, so it works as maintenance behind a serum or ampoule rather than instead of one. Existing spots also need daily sunscreen, without which none of these products can get ahead of new pigment.

Eight to twelve weeks for the vitamin C options, and longer for the fermented and plant ones. Nothing on this page acts on a spot in a fortnight. Because the concentration in a toner is low, the honest expectation is a slightly more even overall tone rather than the disappearance of a particular mark.
