How to build a Vieta body routine

Vieta's body line spans five different steps: a cleanser, a lotion, a cream, an oil, and a bath salt. None of them require the others, so use this guide to see what each one is for and where it fits.

Body Care Essential Body Cleanser

The 500g cleanser washes off in the shower and is the entry point for the rest of the line. Use it in place of a regular body wash if you plan to follow with the day lotion or cream.

Intensive Body Day

The 350ml Intensive Body Day is a lighter, everyday lotion meant to absorb quickly after the shower, before getting dressed.

Body Essential Cream

The 250g Body Essential Cream is a thicker finish for drier areas like elbows and knees, or for layering at night when absorption speed matters less.

Intensive Body Oils

The body oil sits on top of the lotion or cream for extra richness, or on its own on damp skin right after a shower to seal in water.

Body Salt

The 600g Body Salt is a soak or scrub step, used before the cleanser rather than after it. It is the one product in the line meant for the bath, not the shower.

Combining the steps

A simple routine is cleanser then lotion. A fuller one adds the salt as an occasional pre-shower scrub and the oil or cream on top of the lotion for dry patches.

Morning versus night

The day lotion is built for quick absorption before getting dressed, while the heavier cream and oil suit a slower night routine when there is no rush to put clothes on.
