For a sheer application, load less product onto the puff and dab lightly. For fuller coverage, press the puff more firmly at each application point and build in thin layers rather than a single heavy press. The Lash Master No. 10 and the Eyelash Viewer are distinct tools that address different challenges in mascara application. The Lash Master curls lashes before mascara to create a lifted, open-eye appearance. It works on clean dry lashes only - applying it after mascara causes breakage. The Eyelash Viewer is held under the eye during mascara application to catch drips and guide the brush stroke, preventing smearing on the eyelid.

Used in sequence (curl first, then apply mascara with the Viewer as a guide), the two tools reduce the two most common mascara application problems: flat lashes and smudged lids. The Eyelash Viewer is a less common tool but particularly useful for people with very deep-set eyes where the brush tends to stamp the eyelid during upward strokes.

The Double Eyelid Tape requires several applications to develop a consistent technique. For a first use, try applying the tape in a natural light in front of a mirror while seated. Cut the tape to the width of the eyelid, peel off the backing, and place it just above the natural fold line using a pointed tool (a cotton swab tip or a rounded toothpick works well for handling the thin tape without it sticking to fingers).

Once positioned, gently close the eye and look downward to check that the fold has created the desired depth and shape. Remove and reposition if the first attempt is not even. Consistent application results come with practice; most users need five to ten applications before placement becomes reliable. Eyeshadow applied after the tape helps conceal the edges.

The Rashmaster Sack Eyebrows stencil is held against the brow bone and used as a guide for filling in the brow shape with a pencil or powder. Hold the stencil firmly against the skin with one finger while the other hand draws or presses product through it. The stencil defines the outer edges of the brow so that the natural brow hairs fill in the centre and the stencil-guided product extends the shape beyond the natural growth.

The Sack Eyebrows name refers to a full, sack-like shape suited to the naturally defined brow style popular in Korean makeup. It works best for those who prefer a clearly defined brow arch rather than a straight or softly-brushed brow. Clean the stencil after each use so that product buildup does not distort the stencil shape over time.
