The Getz line from MUGENS covers a full styling range without stepping outside one product family. For setting and control, the line offers the Speed Gel 500g (in Strong Setting and Super Strong variants), Hard Tong Gel 340ml, and Hard Powerful Control 330ml. For wax-based styling, there are the Super Hard Wax 90g and Texture Wax 90g. For conditioning and smoothing, the Conditioning Lotion comes in 500ml (daily use) and 100ml (travel or secondary). The Milky Balm 500ml is a leave-in conditioning-styling hybrid. The Impress Control Fixing Mist 250ml finishes and sets. Ten products in total, with multiple hold strengths and finishes represented.

The Getz line names its hold levels explicitly. The Speed Gel 500g comes in two strengths: Strong Setting for everyday hold that keeps shape without stiffness, and Super Strong for maximum fixation on hair that resists styling. The Hard Tong Gel 340ml is named for use after heat tools - applied after curling or straightening to lock in the shape. The two waxes sit in a different category. The Super Hard Wax 90g delivers maximum hold with a matte finish - suited to short hair or textured styles. The Conditioning Lotion, Milky Balm, and Mist operate at light-to-medium hold as a secondary function alongside their conditioning or finishing purpose.

The Speed Gel 500g is the everyday gel in the Getz line - the large bottle reflects daily-use volume. The Strong Setting variant suits styles where you want the hair to hold shape through the day without feeling crunchy or sticky. The Super Strong variant is for very resistant hair (thick, coarse, or very curly) or for styles that need to hold through physical activity or humidity. Apply to damp hair and comb through before air-drying or diffusing for best distribution.

The Hard Tong Gel 340ml is specifically designed for post-heat-tool use - after a curling iron, flat iron, or heated rollers. It locks in the heat-shaped structure and extends how long the style holds. Apply lightly to sections after styling while hair is still warm, then let it cool and set before touching. Over-application makes hair stiff and removes natural movement, so start with a small amount.

The two Getz waxes differ in finish and flexibility. The Super Hard Wax 90g is a maximum-hold wax with a matte-to-low-sheen finish. It suits short styles - crops, undercuts, or textured cuts - where you want pieces to stay exactly where you place them with no movement. Apply a small amount to fingertips, warm between palms, then work through dry hair section by section. The 90g jar is a standard size for a wax that is used in small amounts per application - expect three to six months from a single pot.

The Texture Wax 90g is a lighter wax that holds shape but allows the hair to move and be restyled during the day. It suits medium-length hair where natural texture is part of the look. Both waxes should be applied to dry hair rather than damp hair; water dilutes wax and reduces hold. Start with less than you think you need - it is easier to add than remove.

The Getz Conditioning Lotion is available in 500ml and 100ml. Both are the same formula; the 100ml is a travel or backup size. Applied to damp hair before blow-drying or air-drying, the Conditioning Lotion smooths the cuticle, reduces static, and adds light hold that keeps hair manageable without weighing it down. It is not a heat protectant on its own, but it does reduce frizz that appears during heat styling.

The Milky Balm 500ml is a leave-in conditioning balm at a larger daily-use size. It provides similar frizz-control and smoothing functions as the Conditioning Lotion but with a slightly richer texture suited to coarse or dry hair. Apply to damp hair from mid-lengths to ends, avoiding the root area to prevent greasy roots. The Milky Balm can be used alone as a light detangling step or layered under a gel or mist for combined conditioning-and-hold.

The Impress Control Fixing Mist 250ml is the final step in the Getz styling routine. Sprayed over dry or finished-damp hair at a distance of 20-30cm, it adds a light fixing layer that extends the hold of any product applied underneath - gel, wax, or conditioning lotion. It also adds a light finishing sheen. The 250ml bottle at a standard spray count lasts several months of daily use.

The mist is particularly useful when you have used the Conditioning Lotion or Milky Balm as your primary styling product and want a light additional hold without adding more product weight to the hair. Spray, then do not touch - let the mist settle before moving the hair, since disturbing it before it sets partially lifts the fixation.

Short hair (undercuts, crops, short textured styles): Super Hard Wax 90g for maximum hold matte looks; Speed Gel Super Strong where you want a defined wet look; Hard Powerful Control 330ml for flyaway control on top sections.

Fine or thin hair: use smaller amounts of all Getz products - the waxes particularly should be applied sparingly, and the Milky Balm works best on ends only to avoid root grease.
