isoi makes three products for treating active, forming blemishes: the Acny Speedy Spot Emergency (20 ml), the Acny Doctor 1st Speedy Spot (14 ml), and the Blemish Care Spot (25 ml).

The Emergency Spot is the highest-urgency format - designed for application when a breakout is already active and you want to reduce it as quickly as possible. The 1st Speedy Spot is from the Doctor 1st line and works similarly, optimised for early-stage intervention. The Blemish Care Spot is a lighter, more maintenance-oriented formula for use in a regular daily routine rather than as emergency intervention.

A practical protocol: use Emergency Spot or 1st Speedy Spot the moment you feel a blemish forming; switch to the Blemish Care Spot once the active phase has passed for continued support.

The Bulgarian Rose Blemish Care Spot (25 ml) is the cross-line product that combines the Blemish Care spot treatment with the antioxidant and brightening properties of Bulgarian rose extract. It targets active blemishes while simultaneously addressing the post-blemish mark that forms as the spot heals.

This is the most useful daily spot treatment if you find that your breakouts consistently leave behind a dark or pink mark after the active phase. The rose extract contributes to reducing the discolouration as the skin repairs. Apply it on and around the blemish area - not just on the raised spot itself - to get the brightening effect working on the mark as soon as it forms.

The Bulgarian Rose Whitening Laser Spot (20 ml) is specifically for the post-blemish phase - dark marks and hyperpigmentation left after the active blemish has resolved. The 'whitening' terminology is the Korean cosmetic industry's standard term for brightening and depigmentation; it does not bleach skin but uses brightening ingredients to reduce melanin overproduction at the treated site.

Apply it only on the dark mark, after the active blemish has fully healed. Using it on a still-active blemish is unnecessary - the brightening function only becomes relevant once the inflammation has resolved and melanin production at the site has peaked. For best results, use it consistently twice daily on the specific mark for four to six weeks.

The Intensive Lifting Spot (25 ml) is the one product in this collection that addresses a different concern - not blemishes but firmness and lifting at a specific site. The format is the same precision-application spot cream, but the ingredient focus is on stimulating collagen or elastin response at a targeted area. This is suited for skin that has small areas of visible sagging or loss of definition - around the jaw, nasolabial folds, or under-eye area.

It's not part of an acne routine. If your primary concern is blemishes, skip this product. If you have a mix of blemish concerns and early signs of skin laxity, the Lifting Spot is a separate, parallel step applied in a different area of the face.

The Speedy Microshot Patch uses dissolvable microneedles to deliver active ingredients below the skin's surface, bypassing the barrier that limits the penetration of conventional spot treatments. For deep-seated blemishes - cysts or nodular spots - this is the most direct delivery method available without a clinic visit.

Apply the patch on a clean, dry spot after pressing firmly for 30 seconds. Leave overnight or for at least four hours. The needles dissolve on contact with skin moisture. Mild temporary redness at the site is normal. Single-use only. The 9-sheet format is designed for flare periods rather than daily maintenance.

The Speedy Spot Pad (60 sheets) works on a broader treatment area rather than a single spot. The exfoliating side removes the surface layer around clustered breakouts or congested zones; the smooth side delivers the treatment actives across the whole treatment area. Breakout cycles move through distinct stages, and different products are effective at different points:

Spot treatments are applied after cleansing and toner but before serum and moisturiser. The logic is that you want the highest concentration of spot-active ingredients closest to bare skin, without a diluting layer between them and the target. Apply the spot treatment, let it absorb for at least one minute, then continue with your serum and moisturiser.

The Microshot Patch is an exception - apply it over the top of your usual routine as the very last step before sleep, since it needs long contact time and doesn't need to be followed by other products.

The Whitening Laser Spot also works well as the last product before SPF in the morning - the brightening ingredients benefit from being at the top of the stack where they're not blocked by heavier products.

The isoi Eraser Pack is a multi-function clearing treatment that sits at the edge of the spot collection. It's designed as a broad-area application for skin that needs more than a single spot treated - congested zones, blackhead areas, or post-breakout texture improvement. Apply as a pack treatment, leave for the specified time, and rinse. Follow with your regular routine products.
