Yes. Refrigerating the gel is safe and popular, especially for after-sun use. The cold temperature adds a physical soothing effect on top of the aloe's biochemical calming action. Keep it in the main fridge compartment, not the freezer. Texture and efficacy are not affected by refrigerator temperatures.

Yes, but you may not need to. The ampoule is designed to replace multiple steps. If you use it as a toner-essence-serum substitute, apply it after cleansing and before any targeted treatment serums such as vitamin C or retinol. If you prefer to keep your actives and keep the ampoule as a hydration boost, apply it between your actives and your moisturiser. Avoid mixing it directly with vitamin C formulas in the same step as aloe polysaccharides can slightly reduce vitamin C stability.

The aloe hand cream is a mid-weight formula that absorbs cleanly without leaving a greasy residue. For very dry or cracked skin, it may not be occlusive enough on its own -- layer it under a richer balm at night. For everyday desk-work use or mild seasonal dryness it performs well and the non-greasy finish means you can type or use a phone immediately after application.
