The ETUDE Curl Fix Mascara (8 g) uses a holding formula to lock lash curl upward without weighing lashes down or flaking. The W Curl Fix variant is designed for a wider, more dramatic fan of the lash rather than simply extending length. Both dry quickly and resist humidity, making them practical choices for warm or active days. The old/new formulation distinction (Curl Fix vs the older SKU) refers to an applicator wand redesign; the formula itself is comparable.

The Soft Fix Makeup Fixer (50 ml) is a setting spray applied over a complete makeup look to extend wear and reduce powdery or cakey texture. Spray from 20 to 30 cm away in an X and T motion across the face. It works with both powder and base products, refreshing the skin without disturbing the layers underneath. The "soft" designation indicates a dewy finish rather than a matte lock, so it is best for natural or glass-skin looks rather than full matte coverage routines.

Preparation matters for fixing tints:

1. Exfoliate lips gently and apply a thin layer of lip balm a few minutes before tint application. Blot off any excess balm with a tissue so pigment can adhere properly.
2. Apply the tint in thin layers and build up; thick layers dry unevenly and are more likely to crack or peel.
3. For the gradient technique: apply from the centre outward while still wet, blending the outer edges quickly before the fixing formula sets (it dries faster than water tints).
4. Allow 60 to 90 seconds for the tint to fully fix before eating or drinking.

The Curl Fix formula works best on already-curled lashes:

1. Curl lashes with a lash curler before application.
2. Apply the first coat from the root, wiggling the wand slightly to coat individual lashes.
3. Add a second coat while the first is still slightly tacky for more volume.
4. Let dry for 30 seconds before blinking against your lower lid.
5. For the W Curl variant: focus the wand horizontally to fan the lashes outward as well as upward.

Hold the Soft Fix Makeup Fixer 20 to 30 cm from the face. Spray in an X pattern (top left to bottom right, then top right to bottom left), followed by a T (across the brow line and down the nose). Close eyes and mouth during application. The mist dries within 30 to 60 seconds without needing to be patted in. Avoid fanning or touching the face while it sets.

The Fixing Tint requires an oil-based cleanser or makeup remover to fully dissolve the pigment bond. Apply the remover, allow it to sit for 30 to 60 seconds, then wipe gently. The Curl Fix Mascara is not waterproof by design but the curl-hold formula is more resistant than regular mascaras; a bi-phase makeup remover or micellar water removes it effectively. Avoid rubbing the eye area; let the remover dissolve the formula before wiping.
