Hairron Proten is the sensitivity-focused line in the Dong Sung Bio Pharm cream range. It removes fragrance entirely - a significant irritant trigger for people with reactive scalps or fragrance sensitivities - and adds protein derivatives to the formula. These proteins partially occupy open cuticle sites during the color process, which limits internal hair structure damage common in repeated permanent coloring.

Fragrance-free formulas can still contain sensitizing oxidative chemistry; the PPD component remains present. The benefit is specifically for fragrance-reactive users. Suitable as a daily-use permanent dye for those who have found fragranced dyes caused post-color headaches or scalp inflammation.

The Herbal Collar Cream variant adds botanical extracts alongside the standard oxidative system. The herbal component is primarily a conditioning additive rather than the source of pigment; permanent color still requires the standard oxidant reaction. The extract blend typically includes calming botanicals that reduce the intensity of scalp tingling during processing.

This variant suits users who have had mild-to-moderate scalp tingling with conventional cream dyes and want a formula positioned toward gentler processing. Use it exactly as any permanent cream dye: mix with the included developer, apply to sections, process for the recommended time, then rinse and condition.

All four lines share the same base requirement: do not apply to broken, irritated, or recently treated scalp. Each requires a 48-hour patch test before first use. Processing windows differ by line and shade, so read the included instructions for the specific product rather than assuming the same timing across the collection.

The thick consistency of cream dye means you need to work the product into the hair rather than relying on it flowing through sections by gravity. Use a tint brush with medium-firm bristles rather than a comb or fingers to ensure even distribution from root to mid-length. Massage each section gently for 10-15 seconds after applying cream to confirm the product is penetrating the hair shaft rather than sitting on the surface.

A No. 5 in Herbspidi may not exactly match a No. 5 in Omasharif due to different pigment load ratios and formula bases. If you switch between lines, expect a slight shade variance and perform a strand test before full application.

Natural Black and Dark Black shades are most consistent across lines because black pigment systems have less tonal variation than warm or ash browns. If color accuracy across multiple boxes is critical (for example, mixing two boxes for long hair), purchase the same product within the same line rather than mixing sub-brands in a single session.
