The Cleansing Gel Foam 200ml is the primary face cleanser in the My Calming line. It lathers into a gel-foam texture that rinses cleanly without leaving residue. The calming formula is suited for sensitive skin that reacts to harsher surfactants. At 200ml, it provides roughly two to three months of twice-daily use. It fits as either a stand-alone morning cleanser or as the second cleanser in an evening double-cleanse after a cleansing oil or balm removes makeup and sunscreen.

The Lip & Eye Remover 100ml is a dedicated makeup remover for the most sensitive facial areas - the eyes and lips. These zones have thinner, more delicate skin than the rest of the face, and using a product formulated for them specifically reduces the risk of irritation from rubbing or from ingredients that are safe on facial skin but irritating near the eyes. Applying it before the Cleansing Gel Foam means the gel foam needs to do less mechanical work around the eyes, preserving the periorbital area during cleansing. The 100ml size lasts several months with daily use.

The Touch Pad set (70 pads / 160ml) is a saturated cotton pad system combining toning and light exfoliation in one step. Each pad is pre-soaked with the My Calming toning solution, applied by pressing and sliding across the face after cleansing. The 70-pad count at once-daily use provides roughly two and a half months of supply. The pad format delivers more toner per swipe than applying by hand and provides gentle physical exfoliation from the texture of the pad surface. It fits between the cleansing step and the First Treatment Essence.

The First Treatment Essence 180ml is the final step in the My Calming preparation sequence - applied after toning and before treatment ampoules. First treatment essences in Korean skincare deliver a concentrated blend of ferment filtrate and hydration actives that condition skin to absorb subsequent actives more efficiently. The large 180ml size supports generous twice-daily application without rationing. Applied by patting into skin (not wiping), it provides the hydrated base that allows the Cicatenol Repair Ampoule, Hyal Drink Ampoule, or Very Berry Serum to penetrate more evenly.

DEAR SNOW offers two ampoule treatments addressing different skin needs. The Cicatenol Repair Ampoule 50ml centers on cicatenol - a proprietary centella asiatica extract formulation used for barrier repair, calming, and recovery from breakouts or compromised skin. Cicatenol-type actives are rich in madecassoside and asiaticoside, the wound-healing components of centella. The Hyal Drink Ampoule 100ml is a hyaluronic acid-focused intensive hydration treatment - at 100ml, it is unusually large for an ampoule, indicating it can be used daily with generous application rather than as a sparingly used treatment concentrate. The two ampoules target different problems and can be alternated - Cicatenol for reactive or sensitive phases, Hyal Drink for dry or dehydrated phases.

The Very Berry Energy Serum 40ml is DEAR SNOW's radiance and vitality serum, using a berry-derived antioxidant complex as the primary active. Berries are high in polyphenols, vitamin C precursors, and anthocyanins that neutralize free-radical damage, which is a key cause of dull, fatigued-looking skin. At 40ml, it is a standard serum size that lasts six to eight weeks at daily use. It suits skin that lacks radiance rather than skin that is primarily reactive or dehydrated - for those conditions, the Cicatenol or Hyal Drink ampoules are more targeted. The Very Berry Serum fits well in a morning routine where antioxidant protection against daily environmental stress is the priority.

The My Vegan Moisture Cream 50ml is the final moisturizing step in the DEAR SNOW range and is certified vegan - no animal-derived ingredients or by-products. Vegan face creams have become a standard in Korean skincare, often using plant-based alternatives to traditional ingredients like lanolin or squalane. The 50ml size is standard for a Korean facial moisturizer, providing two to three months of daily use. It fits after the ampoule step and before sunscreen in the morning, or as the last PM step. Its vegan formulation is compatible with users who avoid animal-derived skincare across the routine.
