Standard cotton pads measure around 4-5cm. COACOS Big Pads run roughly 7cm, giving you about 50% more surface area per pad. This matters when you're applying watery toners or essences: a larger pad holds more liquid, distributes it more evenly, and reduces the number of times you drag anything across your skin. The result is gentler, more consistent coverage.

The Multi Monster line uses a layered pure-cotton construction that keeps the pad from shredding or pilling mid-use, even when fully soaked with product.

Saturate one pad with toner and use light patting motions from the center of your face outward. The wide surface means you can cover cheeks, forehead, and jawline in three to four passes rather than six to eight. This is the technique most COACOS users default to because it speeds up the first step of a multi-layer routine.

Avoid wiping motions on freshly cleansed skin - patting preserves the toner's hydrating ingredients on the surface longer so they can absorb rather than evaporate.

Soak two Big Pads in an essence or ampoule, then press them onto your cheeks and leave for three to five minutes. The cotton wicks moisture against the skin continuously as it slowly releases liquid. This works especially well for products that tend to evaporate quickly on dry or combination skin.

Keep Big Pads in a sealed container or the original packaging between uses to prevent dust and moisture from affecting the cotton. Humid bathroom environments can cause plain cotton to absorb ambient moisture, which may shorten shelf life over many months. A lidded jar or the resealable refill pouch is sufficient for daily-use storage.

Refill sheets should be stored in a cool, dry spot until opened - they don't require refrigeration and have no expiry date under normal household conditions.
